Hi, I'm Kathleen.

For years, I dedicated my life to helping other people move forward—as a teacher, mentor, and encourager.

Along the way, I realized something.

Even the people who spend their lives helping others sometimes don't know what their own next step should be.

I created Inizia because I believe progress doesn't begin with having all the answers.

It begins with one intentional step.

My hope is that Inizia becomes a place you return to whenever life feels uncertain—a place that reminds you that you don't have to figure everything out today.

You simply have to begin where you are.
